Come discover the culinary culture of Tsuruoka, through a 3 hour experience at Tsuruoka’s Gastronomy Market FOODEVER. Because of the quality and the history of its food, Tsuruoka that has been registered in 2014 as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, a first in Japan!
You will get guided through every shops of the building, in which you will be able to have a taste of Shônai region’s typical food, that gave the region its title of “Capital of Japanese Cuisine” (Shoku no Miyako Shônai 食の都庄内). You will also be served a special menu by Chef Okuta Masayuki and Chef Toki Masatomi, reputed Japanese Cuisine chefs that employ themselves to promote Shônai’s food outside the region.

世界が認めた日本初のユネスコ食文化創造都市 鶴岡の「食」を「つるおか食文化市場FOODEVER」で堪能する3時間。施設内の各店舗を巡り「食の都庄内」を丸かじりするフルコースプランです。「食の都庄内」親善大使として国内外で活躍する奥田政行シェフと土岐正富総料理長のプラン限定のスペシャルメニューもお楽しみいただけます。
日本で唯一の「ユネスコ食文化創造都市」に認定されている山形県鶴岡市。その豊かな食文化を伝える情報発信拠点であり、鶴岡の食を丸ごと味わえる飲食店や厳選された旬の食材、お土産が並ぶ食の複合施設「つるおか食文化市場FOODEVER」で、鶴岡の食文化とフルコースランチを楽しむプランです。
